All rooms have tea & coffee facilities. Please note we cannot offer en-suite. A shower-room and a separate bathroom are available for your use.
Laundry facilities and a hairdryer are available. Secure lock-up for pedal cycles. Off road parking.

We do not cater for children under school age, please refer to our access statement. We are unable to cater for pets.
Meals
Packed lunches are available and are included in the price, as is a full or continental style breakfast.
Special diets are also catered for!
We require prior day notification of any packed lunches or special 
dietary requests required.
For evening meals there are a number of good local, reasonably priced places to eat a short distance away. See shops & restaurants link.
Aled Owen’s Ewephoria Sheepdog Centre does provide meals during the day.
Ty Mawr in Gwyddelwern, 01490 413414 is about 15 minutes away.
Ruthin also has some excellent places to eat out. Please speak to us 
if you are having problems.
Payment
Price per person is £25.00 per night. Discount for children.
If paying a non-returnable deposit to secure the booking, please pay 10% of the total. Cheques should be written to J. Miller and include cheque guarantee number on the reverse.Cash in British currency only.
Access Statement
This 1920’s home is on a hill. Access into the property is by three steps from the gate up to the front gravel path and two further steps up to the front door OR via the inclined concrete driveway at the side of the house and through the back door that has a stepped threshold.
The doorways vary in width from the backdoor being 30 ins. that is reduced by the way the door opens and others being 31 ins. All our bedrooms are on the first floor and accessed by fourteen steps. We have a downstairs toilet/shower room with a wash-hand basin. Our bathroom is separate to the upstairs toilet. Due to the size and arrangement of washing facilities we would advise that there is insufficient space for wheel chairs. We do not have safety gates, fire guards or other facilities for children
